medical content management systemAfter the successful launch of the Bausch & Lomb Storz® Ophthalmics Continuing Education website, Bausch & Lomb approached the team at Auctori.  They needed a solution for developing an online store for their Storzeye Ophthalmic instruments as well as their ENT/Plastic Surgery instruments that would use the same shopping cart. After reviewing both sites and the client’s goals for the new sites, developers at the Auctori team, in cooperation with web design partner, The Net Impact, determined that a customizable shopping cart would be the best approach for the project.  Using the new custom shopping cart, the Auctori team imported and added hundreds of products, built interactive forms, and designed both sites to work together.  The results were two separate, fully-featured and functional sites that website administrators can easily update and maintain through the same interface allowing them to add and edit products, product attributes and categories dynamically.
